Heather is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and Leadership Coach who specializes in
 helping leaders, managers and teams
 recognize their innate capacity for achieving superior 
results. Having had a career in early to mid size tech companies, she understands the pressures and constraints on growing leaders and teams. She fosters a highly creative and expansive environment for
 personal and professional advancement in values, vision and alignment with
 unique strengths. Her soft yet fierce, authentic style allows for insightful interactions resulting in transformation. Her clients are seen in their highest potential and held accountable.   • Founder of her own tech consulting and coaching company (for start-ups, business leaders, educators, individuals) e.g. Brightspark, Jewlr.com, Pushlife (Google), OneFireMovement, MayK, etc.

  • Founder of her own music creation/publishing company

  • VP, Strategic Alliances, Tira Wireless – completed the first wireless appication deals with diverse content partnerships

  • VP, Business Development, Brightspark Ventures – helping start-ups including Delos, Activience, and Tira Wireless develop initial plans and partners

  • Director, Business Development/Marketing, Delano – #6 employee, helped developed marketing positioning and initial OEM/channel partners

  • Director, Product Marketing, Bell Canada (WorldLinx/MediaLinx) – developed and rolled out Internet services, applications and content to Bell’s companies, verticals and partners
