ABOUT

Heather

As a leadership coach, intuitive, and performing songwriter, I am passionate about helping people rise, speak from the heart, and live with purpose. Whether you’re chasing a dream, healing an old story, or simply trying to remember who you are, I’m here to walk alongside you with curiosity, creativity, and compassion.

I support individuals and groups in reconnecting with their deep longings—those soul-whispers that want to be seen, heard, and expressed. Through coaching, music, and intuitive guidance, I help people recover their inner gifts and shine authentically in the world.

My own journey has been far from linear. I started with classical music training as a child and have never stopped exploring—earning degrees in music, psychology, english, and business (yes, I have an MBA!). I spent two decades in the fast-paced world of high-tech, working in product marketing and venture capital. Then, becoming a mother shifted everything. That’s when I began to truly find my voice—writing songs, healing deeply, and opening my heart in ways I never imagined.

After I trained as a Co-Active Coach and then a Leadership Coach, I began helping others rewrite old narratives, step into their truth, and lead in all areas of life. Creating safe, soul-aligned spaces is at the heart of my work. It’s my greatest joy to witness people come alive, soften into their wholeness, and embody their highest potential.

While the journey is ongoing (thank goodness), I believe we’re all here to grow, love, and lead in our own beautiful, messy, powerful way. And I’m so honoured to walk that path with others. For a summary on my qualifications, click here.

Greatest hardship, greatest learning.

I grew up in the small town of Woodstock with a loving family and a piano always nearby. From age 3 to 18, I trained intensively in classical piano, aiming for a performance degree. At 16, I failed my exam by one mark—a crushing moment that led to a full-on teenage breakdown. But in that failure, I discovered the real gift: my deep love for music beyond the pressure, judgement and perfectionism. I retried, passed, and gained not just a certificate but a new understanding of discipline, resilience, and self-worth. Though I decided to take a break from music, it’s become a source of joy and strength in everything I do.
